- Training fees once paid may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the stage of the course
- Cancellation before course commencement may be eligible for partial refund after administrative deductions
- No refund will be provided after training has commenced
3. 48-Hour Free Cancellation Window
In accordance with recent aviation industry practices:
- Customers may cancel or modify bookings within 48 hours of booking without additional charges (subject to conditions)
- This applies only if the scheduled departure is sufficiently in the future
